Second Register Duties

To be done daily:

1. Keep fountain area clean, with all cups and supplies well stocked. Wipe down the garbage can and the cabinet doors as needed.
2. Stock the small coolers (the pop up coke dispenser, barrels, etc.)
3. Empty trash cans if needed (by the fountain area and cashier station),
4. Check the bathrooms and spot clean if necessary.
5. Fill ice in fountain, barrels, and beer bins.
6. Clean tables and seats (check frequently).
7. Fill napkins, empty and clean ashtrays.
8. Windex doors and cooler doors.
9. Dust shelves and front items on shelves and in coolers.
10. Sweep floor and vacuum mat as needed.
11. Check bags at front, stock if needed.
12. Stock deli table with supplies, bags, trays, rolls, etc.
13. Fill cigarette display, dust as needed.
14. Take apart and clean chicken bin.
15. Take apart and clean hot food display.
16. Walk around the store, make sure everything is done before leaving.

THIS IS NOT AN EXACT LIST, IF YOU SEE SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, WE EXPECT EVERYONE TO PITCH IN AND HELP KEEP THE STORE CLEAN.

If there is a very busy day and everything is not completed, let the next shift know where you left off.
