Stockperson Duties
Empty trash cans behind counter, front door, beverage counter, and all 3 pump islands and car wash.
Pick up trash around store property.
Front cooler and stock (water, juice, soda, beer, and wine) keep cooler fronted throughout shift.
Drain beverage barrels, fill with ice, and stock.
Keep shelves stocked, fronted, and dusted.
Check for and remove out-of-date groceries (Chips, drinks, pastries, etc.)
Clean men's restroom-scrub toilets, urinals, sinks; clean mirror and counter; check and fill soap, towels, and toilet paper;
take out trash and mop floor.
Sweep off vents throughout store and dust off ledges.
Fill soda fountian ice.
Bag ice and keep ice compartment well stocked.
Keep self serve stocked and clean; change water and add window cleaner.
Clean fuel pumps and trash cans at least once a week.
Sweep up car wash.
Bleach and wash down car wash once a month.
Keep storeroom picked up and organized.
Stock coke cooler under counter.
Shift Checklist
1. Sales area clean.
2. Cigarettes stocked.
3. Shifts reports ready.
4. Fresh coffee, cappuccino, and Smoothie.
5. Coolers stocked-Drinks.
6. Cups, etc....Stock straws, lids. etc.
7. Rug swept.
8. Floors clean.
9. Fresh mop water.
10. Garbage dumped out.
11. Bathroom ready-Mirrors, floors, toilets.
12. Bags stocked.
13. Cooler clean-Doors, boxes, crates.
14. Shelves fronted and dusted.
15. Counters clean.
16. Icee/Coke machine clean.
17. Back stock put out.
18. Barrels drained/iced.
19. Back room clear.
20. Parking lot clean.
21. Bag ice.
22. Fountain filled with ice.
